Back Door Courtesy Switch Circuit

DESCRIPTION
The fold seat control ECU receives signals from the back door courtesy switch and detects the state of the back door (open/close). If the ECU does not detect that the back door is open, the seat folding and return functions are not available.

READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (BACK DOOR COURTESY SWITCH)
|
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Turn the Techstream ON.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Back Door P/W / Data List.
(e) According to the display on the Techstream, read the Data List.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (BACK DOOR ECU - FOLD SEAT CONTROL ECU)
|
(a) Disconnect the V2 ECU connector.
(b) Disconnect the O34 or P20 ECU connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
